In this class, we will make two modern fillings, and learn folds and cooking techniques.

We’ll make Thai chicken Potsticker Dumplings with Lace Veils, Sticky Rice and Mushroom Duxelle steamed Shao Mai, Triangle Crystal Dumplings, and Apple Pie Potstickers

Class starts at 10AM and we will be done by noon.
