We’re partnering with Jacob Danner for a series of three wine dinners.

Four courses, 4 wines. $100 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

-Büsum Fish Soup or “Büsumer Fischsuppe” Northern German soup with a variety of fish fillets, shrimp, and vegetables.

New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc

-Wild Mushroom Tart

German Dry Riesling

-Schweinebraten – German Style Roast Pork with Gingersnap Gravy served with Kartoffelklöße (Potato Dumplings) and Traditional German Rotkohl (Sweet/Sour Red Cabbage) 

Cotes Du Rhone Rouge, Rhone, France

-Bread and Butter Pudding – Bread Pudding meets Crème Brûlée. Slices of buttered bread scattered with raisins are layered in an oven dish, covered with an egg custard mixture seasoned with nutmeg and vanilla, then baked.
