Join us for a flavorful Thursday evening in July as we explore the comforting and elegant flavors of Shanghainese cuisine—right from the heart of our kitchen to yours.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to prepare three iconic dishes that showcase the soulful side of Shanghai cooking:
🥢 Pearl Steamed Meatballs – Juicy pork meatballs wrapped in glutinous rice and steamed to tender perfection, these are as fun to make as they are to eat.
🥢 Scallion Pancakes – Crispy, flaky, and savory—an irresistible street food classic you’ll want to make again and again.
🥢 Longevity Noodles – Symbolizing health and happiness, these noodles are stir-fried with love and full of bold, balanced flavors.
Whether you’re a seasoned cook or a curious beginner, you’ll leave with new skills, great stories, and a full heart (and belly). Come with friends or make some new ones—this is a night to connect, cook, and celebrate good food together.
