Spice up your Saturday with a culinary journey through Thailand! Join Chef Dennis Chan for a hands-on cooking class where you’ll explore the fresh, vibrant flavors of Thai cuisine. On the menu:

• 🌿 Laab – a bright and tangy minced meat salad with herbs, lime, and chili

• 🍜 Pad Thai – the world-famous noodle stir-fry with tamarind, peanuts, and fresh veggies

• 🥭 Mango Sticky Rice – Thailand’s iconic sweet treat with coconut-infused glutinous rice

After cooking, we’ll gather for a Thai-style lunch complete with a handcrafted cocktail to toast your success in the kitchen.
